Studio Classes M,W,F- 8:00-9:15am
My group classes consist of a flexibility warm-up, strength training using a variety of “props”, including free weights, tubing, bands, etc., and include a 25 minute cardio “dance” segment to a variety of music!
We usually use mats for core/abdominal exercises, as well as the ballet barre for hip mobility and leg exercises.
Basically, a total body workout that feels great and is FUN!
